Wellness Program Agreement and Policy
Session times include 5-10 minutes for consultation, dress/undress time.
Warm Showers prior to your session will help relax tension.
You should not experience pain during a relaxation session.
You may experience “tender spots.”
Dress attire is your comfort level. If you want to wear under garments, please note they may need adjusted during the session to provide us the ability to work certain muscle groups. You will not be revealed. Draping is REQUIRED!!
Infant and Children sessions require the parents attendance. Anyone age 12-18 must have written parental consent and a completed intake form.
If you are or suspect you are pregnant, or you are trying to get pregnant, please notify us prior to your session, as some techniques are contraindications. You should not receive a session during your first trimester.
24 hour cancellation required to avoid a missed appointment charge.
If you are late, the balance of your time will be provided at the full price, if you decide to reschedule... the appointment is still active and the fee is still accessed. If you have a certificate or package, the session will be marked as used.
All appointments must be paid prior to the session. If you are late, we will offer you the balance of your time at the full time price. No Exceptions due to scheduling.
No childcare is available.Please make arrangements for small children as we try to provide a quiet comfortable atmosphere.
Notify us in advance if you experience difficulties or sickness, including fever, as these may be a contraindication.

all new clients will have to prepay for their appointments.
There is a 24 hour Cancellation Policy:
A charge equal to your session fee will be assessed and charged.
Understand, we work with specifically timed appointments. You are securing a specific timed appointment. Time scheduled is not easily filled when there is not sufficient cancellation time or you do not show up for your appointment. This is time we still pay our practitioners, they are taking from their family and schedules to be available for you. Thank you for understanding and accepting our policy.
We do not extend expiration dates of deals/coupons/certificates.
Package Policy
Yearly
commitment based on automatic recurring credit card charge or annual
prepay. Fees are charged monthly/quarterly/yearly based upon the session
you request. Sessions expire monthly. Unused Sessions do not extend
or accumulate. All Fees, Packages and Gift Certificates are non
refundable. No shows/cancellation policy enforced. These are special
prices for those committed to their health- Sessions are Non
Transferable. Some Sessions may be combined or you can upgrade your time
by paying the session fee difference the day of therapy. Appointments
are necessary! Same day appointments may be available but there is no
guarantee.
No
Show/Cancellation Policy – 24 hour notice is required. If notice is not
received your account will be charged for the full price of the session
or marked as a session used in your package.
Tardiness – if you are late you will receive the balance of your session time at the full session price.
Please understand there will be No wavering from policy and No Exceptions!
Depending
on your agreement each month, quarter or year your credit card on file
will be automatically charged. It is your responsibility to make note of
when payment will be withdrawn and to update your credit card if it has
expired or is about to expire. We are not responsible for any fees,
bank charges, or any other fees you may incur for such arrangements. You
will receive receipt by email after each charge/debit.
By
signing up your signature is authorizing Atheena Niese to charge your
bank account or credit card on a recurring basis. Credit Card billing
statements will show payment made out to Atheena Niese. Atheena Niese
reserves the right to raise its fees at any time, however, notice will
be provided by email prior to any fee increase.
Monthly Subscribers:
Monthly subscribers will have their bank account or credit card charged
the full monthly charge for the service when they sign up and automatically charged every month.
Quarterly Subscribers:
Quarterly subscribers will have their bank account or credit card
charged the full quarterly charge for the service when they sign up and automatically renewed every three (3) months.
Annual Subscribers: Annual subscribers will have their bank account or credit card charged the full amount of the service when they sign up and automatically renewed each year. The first year will last twelve (12) months and each subsequent year will renew every twelve (12) months.
Declined Payment:
In the event that any installment fails to authorize, a $25
administrative collection expense shall be automatically added to that
month's balance due and any/all such expenses shall be paid by member.
If the declined credit card was caused by insufficient funds, we will
reattempt the auto-debit up to two (2) consecutive days (total of 3
attempts) before closing the account. Other causes for a decline, such
as wrong address, lost or stolen card, expired card, etc will cause your
account to immediately be closed and require re-activation for further
access. An email will be sent notifying you if your payment is declined
or when your account closes.
Account Re-Activation:
In the event that an account is closed for any reason, upon
reactivation there is a $25 re-activation fee automatically added to the
first installment and membership dues are adjusted to the current fee
schedule.
